NorthWind Construction, LLC is a small family owned business located in Windsor, Colorado. We support the majority of the surrounding areas and pride ourselves on excellent customer service and professionalism. Our love for Northern Colorado and the people who live here are the main motivators for working in this industry and area! We are driven to ensure you are happy with your project from start to finish.

Matt, Managing Partner

Matt graduated cum laude from Colorado State University in the Construction Management program, with a concentration in finance. Matt has been working in the industry his whole life, beginning as a kid for his dad's construction company based in Folsom, CA, where he grew up. Matt has a true love for designing, constructing, and completing projects to customer's specific needs. His experience in the commercial construction realm has further shaped his love and attention to details.

Matt moved to Colorado in 2011 and has loved this area ever since. Matt has a love for the water with years of experience in white water rafting. In his free time, Matt loves to spend time with his wife Lacey, daughter Madeline and dogs Koda and Lily.

Lacey, Partner

Lacey graduated from Colorado State University with a degree in Sociology and minor in business. Lacey is currently pursuing her MBA through CSU's College of Business and is enjoying the process of continued development. Lacey's work experience has been predominately in finance and project management. Lacey holds a Project Management Professional Credential (PMP) and has a real love for spreadsheets.

Lacey grew up in Fort Collins, CO and loves to run on the trails that connect you throughout the city. Lacey enjoys hiking, running, and spending time with her family. Matt and Lacey's daughter is just over 2-years old and brings so much joy and love in to their lives. Madeline is a big reason they wanted to start NorthWind Construction, watching her grow and learn is something that they want to have the flexibility to be a part of.
