Q) Will NorthWind help us with the permitting process for an addition?
A) Permits are often a part of construction work for many projects. Depending on the type of work being done, different permits may be required to assist with the job. We will be able to help with this process.

Q) Who will be working in my home?
A)​ As we pride ourselves not only on excellent customer service, we also pride ourselves on the quality of our work. To insure that our quality standard is high, only Matt and Mason will be the ones working in your home.

Q) Is NorthWind experienced?
A) With over 30 years of experience between Matt and Mason, they have had the opportunity to work on a vast number of projects and are very confident that they will be able to handle almost any job. We also believe strongly in communicating if there is a scope of work that we are not comfortable taking on.

Q) Are you licensed and insured?
A) NorthWind is licensed with the state of Colorado and carries a 1 million dollar insurance policy.
Q) Do you have your own crew or do you hire subcontractors?
A) We try to keep as much of our work in house so we can control the quality of our projects. Matt and Mason will the the ones on site every day.

Q) Do you offer free in-person estimates?
A) That depends on the service requested. With our construction projects, we will schedule a one hour appointment to come out and go over your project. We will then provide you with a free estimate for your project. If our home services are requested, we will have you fill out the questionnaire from the (get a quote) link on the services page. We will then provide you with an estimate to do that work.

Q) What is your service area?
A) As we are located in Windsor CO, we try to stay in Larimer and Weld counties.

Q) Do you offer any warranties for your work?
A) We warrant that our work will be performed in a workmanlike manner, free from defects, and in accordance with industry standards for a period of one year after substantial completion.
